My journey

My journey

Several stages that shaped the way I look at companies, processes, people and systems.

1
Manufacturing and sales

Real orders, customers, deadlines, warehouse and everyday operations.

A process on paper and a process in reality are often two different things.

The sales department I built from scratch grew revenue from 30M to 115M CZK, with exports reaching 85% of sales.

That is why I always look at how work actually moves through a company.
2
Managing and developing companies

Building teams, sales networks, responsibilities and the way a growing company works.

Growth without a clear system of work quickly creates pressure on people.

As COO I increased production by 80%, without expanding facilities or hiring new staff.

It helps me understand the perspective of owners and management.
3
Processes and operations

Finding bottlenecks in orders, production, warehouse, logistics and communication.

The biggest improvements often come from removing unnecessary chaos.

I introduced a system for tracking complaints and errors that reduced delays to rare exceptions.

That is why I do not start with software, but with reality.
4
Digitalizing manufacturing

Introducing systems, data flows, reporting and simpler operational management.

Technology only makes sense when people actually use it in practice.

Today these systems are used by companies with hundreds of active users.

A system has to support the work, not complicate it.
5
Creating Flowlizard

Turning experience from manufacturing companies into a practical operating system.

Good software does not start with features, but with understanding the work.

It grew out of a system I co-founded and brought into commercial use with multiple manufacturing clients.

I see Flowlizard as proof of experience, not as the only possible answer.
6
Consulting and helping companies

Helping companies that want less chaos, more clarity and a simpler way of working.

The biggest value comes from combining practice, management perspective and systems thinking.

I've helped companies with manufacturing transformation, process optimization, and digitalization, whether as a consultant, partner, or executive team member.

I help companies find solutions that make sense in their reality.
