Flowlizard

Why Flowlizard was created

Flowlizard did not start as a product presentation. It grew out of repeated experience with how manufacturing companies really work.

It was not born behind a screen.

It was born on the factory floor.
01

Over years in manufacturing, sales and company management, I kept running into the same problems.

02

It did not matter what the company produced.

03

The problems were often very similar.

A repeated pattern

The same problem. A different company.

Each company had a different product.

Some made pools. Others made enclosures. Others distributed products or managed installation teams.

Still, I kept seeing the same picture.

01

Sales did not know what was happening in production.

02

Production was waiting for information.

03

The warehouse worked with different data than purchasing.

04

The customer asked for a delivery date before the company could answer.

Excel.Emails.Phone calls.Notes.Boards.

Operational-first philosophy

Understand the flow of work first. Then the system.

Most ERP systems start from the perspective of records.

Flowlizard started from everyday operations.

It does not begin with accounting.

It begins with an order.

It continues through production. Warehouse. Logistics. Service.

And it connects everything in between.

Companies do not need another system.
They need a better flow of information.

Today

What Flowlizard connects today

Orders

So sales, production and warehouse work with the same order status.

Production

So it is clear what needs to be made, in what order and with what information.

Warehouse

So material, availability and movements do not live only in heads or spreadsheets.

Logistics

So it is clear what leaves, when it leaves and who owns it.

Partner portal

So partners do not have to chase information through calls and emails.

Tasks

So small operational steps do not disappear between messages and meetings.

Service

So service requests have a clear status, history and next step.

Reporting

So management sees the reality of the company without manually building reports.

A different perspective

A different view of a company system

Traditional ERP
  • accounting first
  • administration heavy
  • often complex
  • difficult adoption
Flowlizard
  • operations first
  • focused on execution
  • practical visibility
  • gradual implementation

Flowlizard is the result of years of manufacturing experience.

Flowlizard was not created to replace people.

It was created so people could finally work with the same information.
